BATON ROUGE, LA (AP) -
A woman and her 1-year-old son were killed Saturday in a one-vehicle accident in Ascension Parish, according to Louisiana State Police.
Troopers say 41-year-old Hiromi Dille and her son were pronounced dead at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital shortly after the 11 a.m. accident on Bluff Rd.
Troopers say Dille’s car ran off the road and struck driveway embankment and a tree. Dillie was properly restrained and the infant was in a child safety seat.
