Despite much of the ice melting, the danger has not faded.
The proved to be true this morning for a tow truck driver.

The man was working to clear up a crash near Virginia Street on I-10 in Alabama around eight o’clock this morning.

He was in the middle of securing a car from the first crash when a *second* crash happened right beside him.

An SUV apparently hit a patch of ice, spun out of control and slammed into the tow truck, barely missing the driver.

It serves as a reminder for everyone to slow down and be careful out there.
