PHOENIX — Restrictions on eastbound Interstate 10 near Tonopah have been lifted.

The eastbound lanes were closed following an early morning rollover crash involving a tractor trailer, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

This happened at milepost 90, about four miles west of the 411th Avenue interchange.

The freeway had been closed since about 6 a.m. The right lane was reopened around 9 a.m. and the left lane was reopened shortly before 2 p.m.

No injuries were reported, but aerial video from the scene showed a massive backup of semi trucks stopped on the roadway with nowhere to go. That was at 6:45 a.m.

Crews dragged the rolled rig off the highway to open one lane and allow traffic to get through. By 7:15 a.m., traffic was moving, albeit slowly.
