Rescue crews searching for body along I-10

UPDATE: 4:17am – Roads are now back open.

TUCSON – Firefighters are searching along I-10 eastbound, near the Marana exit, for a motorcycle driver hit several times by cars.

According to Captain Adam Goldberg with Northwest Fire it is presumed the person is dead, but so far they cannot locate a body. Parts of the motorcycle have been found.

I-10 will be closed for several hours while the crash is investigated. You’re asked to exit the interstate well before the Marana exit.
