NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. –
A two-car crash in North Kingstown sent one teenager to the hospital in critical condition and the driver of the other car charged with drunk driving.
According to police, Camilla Campanale, 32, of Narragansett allegedly broadsided her car carrying three juvenile males on Post Road in North Kingstown just after 11 p.m.
Captain St. Onge of North Kingstown Police said Campanale was arraigned Friday. She was charged with refusal of breathalyzer test and driving under the influence with serious bodily injury resulting.
The driver of the car is at Rhode Island Hospital in critical condition. His two passengers received non-life threatening injuries.
